The UltraBadge Enterprise ID Production system provides a powerful platform for designing, producing and managing your card ID program. Multiple ID layouts are easily configured and produced from a single system for employees, visitors, contractors and membership and loyalty programs.

Web-Based and Scalable:
  • The UltraBadge Enterprise software is a browser based application written with Microsoft .Net Framework and utilizes a MS SQL backend.
  • Easily accessible from multiple locations and scalable for future growth.
Variety of Badge Types:
  • Produce magstripe, barcode, contactless smartcard, iCLASS® and MIFARE® badges.
  • Utilizes standard, Windows compatible printer drivers for use with a wide variety of printer manufacturers, including Zebra, Fargo, Nisca and Digital Identification Solutions.
Interfacing and Encoding
  • Kronos Time and Attendance encoding or bar-coding (as well as others)
  • AS400 Interface (to maintain accuracy and reduce redundant data entry)
  • Bar-coding for meal accounts, laundry and others
  • Encoding Micros
Photo Capture and Retention:
  • Photos are efficiently captured by our user-friendly UltraBadge ID software. The photos that are captured are currently retained in your Employee or Terminated Employee section.
  • Professional multipurpose ID's for use with your existing Time and Attendance, Access Control, and Point of Sale systems.
  • Photo sheets or photo directories.
